DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. The client is fully responsible for the signed contract total. A deposit of at least 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. The balance is due at the time of the service.
CANCELLATIONS made within 24 hours of arranged pickup time: client will be charged the total service fee equal to the total trip fare. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arranged pickup time: the total service fee, minus the deposit, may be credited towards a future ride by the same client at a later date and time (within a 1 year time frame). Cancellations made before 72 hours of arranged pickup time: no additional fees, but the deposit is nonrefundable.
All services (excluding airport transfers) will include a complimentary bottle of wine for the ride with your choice of red or white.
Absolutely NO SMOKING or DRUG USAGE. If any passenger is smoking or using drugs, the chauffeur must immediately stop and return to the pickup point and the service will be terminated and all payments and deposits will be forfeited.
Absolutely NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. Any alcohol is prohibited for any person under 21 years of age. If a passenger under the age of 21 has consumed alcohol, the chauffeur must immediately stop and return to the pickup point and the service will be terminated and all payments and deposits will be forfeited.
DAMAGES - The contractual party is responsible for guests and assumes full responsibility for the actions of his or her guests while in the limousine. The contractual party is also responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by the client or guest(s), whether by accident, neglect, or intent. Damage to the vehicle, such as torn seats or headliners, broken glass, or burn marks on the seats or carpet will be charged to the contracted party. If at any time any guest becomes ill in the vehicle, this will constitute a $500 cleaning fee.
ABUSE - RBS Limo Corp. reserves the right to cut the time short if any member of the party becomes violent, destructive, or in any way harasses or abuses the driver. If this occurs, all payments and deposits will be forfeited and service terminated.
No additional passengers are allowed in the limousine at any time other than what was contracted in the original charter.
Drivers may inspect all bags for youth transports and require storage in the rear compartment. Drivers may terminate the charter at any time without refund if the driver deems the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle.
RBS Limo Corp. and our drivers are not responsible for any illegal acts during the rental service.
RBS Limo Corp. will not be held responsible for early arrivals or late time due to reasons beyond our control, traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an “Act of God”. RBS Limo Corp. will not be held responsible for any items left in the limousine.
Do not open any exits or windows unless an emergency exit is necessary.
Flip top coolers with a solid bottom permitted. Styrofoam coolers or coolers with a drain plug are NOT allowed.
Light snacks such as chips or pretzels are permitted. Messy, sticky, or oily foods are NOT allowed.
Do NOT stand or dance on the seats. Please keep feet on the floor at all times. Do NOT hang from the grab handles. Grab handles are for support only.
Please bring your own CDs, DVDs, iPods, or USB ports and/or auxiliary style iPod cords if you would like to listen to your own music or movies.
Ice is provided for all services with the exception of the airport transfer service.
Client assumes full financial responsibilities for all payments due at the end of the charter. Driver may assess additional fees at the end of the ride including gratuity, overtime, and any additional charges such as upgrades or damages. Regurgitation fees are $500. Extreme damages will be estimated by a professional.
Additional charges may apply to delayed flights. The client is responsible to notify us of all airline changes, delays, cancellations, and missed flights. In the case of redirected flights between SNA, LGB, and LAX, there will be an additional charge of $125.
Client authorizes changes to credit card, with/without imprint.
