We are closely monitoring COVID-19 and taking actions to comply with CDC and local guidelines. We will take the necessary steps to protect public health and the wellbeing of clients and chauffeurs. Between each ride, chauffeurs thoroughly disinfect vehicles and weekly have vehicles detailed. Chauffeurs have also modified several parts of the typical ride experience. Chauffeurs now greet guests with a slight bow instead of a handshake. They have placed hand sanitizer in vehicles and removed newspapers and magazines from seatbacks. Clients must sit in the back seat to provide a safer distance for both clients and chauffeurs. We ask all clients and guests who are showing any symptoms or have tested positive not to book an RBS ride until you receive a doctor’s permission to travel.
